All Threadsy products are created with care, and most items are produced after an order is placed.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–4 working days.

Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 4–5 working days, depending on your location.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details are shared via email.
Additional updates via WhatsApp may be shared where possible.

We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure timely delivery. While delays are rare, they may occur due to unforeseen logistical issues.
