Refund policy

At Threadsy, each piece is created with intention and, in most cases, made especially for you once an order is placed.

Returns

We do not offer returns on any products.

Due to the made-to-order and personalised nature of our items, returns are not accepted once an order has been dispatched.

Size Exchanges

We offer a one-time size exchange under the following conditions:

• The request must be made within 3 days of delivery

• The item must be unused and unwashed

• All original tags must be intact

• The item must be returned in original packaging

A flat ₹100 processing fee applies to all approved exchanges.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following are not eligible for exchange:

• Customised or made-to-order products

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage

• Exchange requests made after 3 days from delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
After verification, a replacement will be arranged at no extra cost.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered, except in cases where an order is cancelled by Threadsy or cannot be fulfilled.
